Alaric is now nearly 4-years-old, and he is without a doubt, one of the best bucks we have used in our breeding program. My only regret is I wish I had more does for him! I also wish I could have him collected, because he truly deserves more use than I have in my herd. He is correct and dairy, absolutely massive in stature, a teddy bear to handle, and a lover boy with the ladies. We just adore him!
We don’t show hardly ever, and not bucks, which is a shame, because I’m sure Alaric would do well in the ring. We do hope to have Linear Appraisal done on our herd in the coming year, however, and of course, we are on DHIA. His first freshening daughters all came in with gorgeous udders and good production for us. He has earned his +B this year based on their DHIRs.
